Movie Night
On Saturday, August 9th, 50-75 adults, teens and children gathered at the
Bent Creek Park to enjoy "Movie Night in the Park". The movies began at 7pm,
with Ratatouille for the first showing, followed by a 9pm showing of Batman
2 (the FIRST Batman 2!). Treats included free popcorn, candy and water.
Although we learned a few lessons on lighting this year, next year's Movie
night will be even better! The event was a great way to wrap up a fabulous
summer break before the start of school. Thank you to all the parents and
kids that helped pick up the park after the movies and for coming out to
spend a beautiful evening with neighbors and friends.
